The Pierrot

Answer. The Pierrot is Ticketa, the black-and-white clown girl in Misery Town. Talk to her in the bouncy castle, win the plush from the blue prize-booth clown and show it to her before giving it to the ticket seller with encouragement.

The player's surgeon transcript identifies the Pierrot as Ticketa, the ticket seller's assistant. This is in-world dialogue recorded by a player, not an official biography. Her scene belongs to the Misery Town plush-and-ticket chain.

What you can do

The Basic Text Walkthrough places her conversation before the prize-booth weakness search. Follow the clown-color scalpel, red-ball and bingo route to obtain the plush, then finish the matchmaking sequence to free the microphone.
